Terms and Condition:
- To avail of the promotion, a minimum usage requirement of three sessions per week is mandatory.
- Credits can be used for Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, ABA, Educational Therapy, Psychological Counselling, and Social Skills Group services. This offer is not applicable for Psychological Assessments or School Shadowing. Deductions are based on ala carte rates.
- Credits remain valid for 6 months from the initial payment date.
- Detailed statements are issued monthly, providing your credit balance and a breakdown of service usage.
- The advance payment is non-refundable but ensures seamless continuity of care.
- Standard cancellation policies are in effect.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts. Additionally, all standard terms from the welcome contract remain valid.
