Terms and Conditions:
- Sessions are arranged within EIP hours only.
- Individual therapy sessions are planned with the recommendation from teachers/therapists.
- All therapy sessions will be planned according to the goals set in a child's IEP.
- No additional reports will be provided. If a parent requests for a separate report, administrative and report fees will apply.
- Dynamics has the right to arrange for a change in therapist when deemed necessary.
- Sessions are non-refundable and there are no make-up sessions if a child is absent.
- Dynamics will arrange for a make up session in the circumstance that no therapist is available on the individual session days.
- Dynamics reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as needed and decisions made by management will be final.
